Build and test on Go 1.27.1: the go directive, the golang builder image and every duynhlab/pkg module move together, so the binary that ships is the one CI tested. The pkg modules were re-tagged on go 1.27.1 for this. Reusable workflow pins move to the gha-workflows commit whose lint fallback is golangci-lint v2.14.0, the first release line that lints go1.27 code. encoding/json now runs on the json/v2 engine. A probe of struct, map, syntax-error and type-mismatch cases gave the same error strings and the same marshalled bytes on 1.26.7 and 1.27.1; the release gate exercises the real payloads.
